Terms of Membership and Participation

These Membership Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in programs, courses, and community offerings provided by Find Your Forge Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using any of our programs, services, or community spaces, you agree to these Terms.

Introduction

Find Your Forge is committed to empowering individuals on their personal growth journey. These Terms set forth the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for participation to ensure a positive and impactful experience for all members.

Program Materials and Intellectual Property

  • All program materials, recordings, videos, guides, and content (collectively “Program Content”) are the exclusive property of Find Your Forge Inc.
  • Members are prohibited from sharing, copying, downloading, or redistributing Program Content without our express written consent.
  • Unauthorized use, distribution, or theft of Program Content is grounds for immediate termination of membership without refund and may result in legal action.

Community Guidelines and Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful, and effective environment, members agree to:

  • No harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior: Respect all members and moderators in the community.
  • No self-promotion or solicitation: Members may not promote personal services, alternate programs, or products.
  • Maintain confidentiality: All information shared within the program or community by Find Your Forge or other members must remain private.
  • Violations of these guidelines will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Informational Purposes Only: Program Content reflects the opinions of Find Your Forge Inc. and guest speakers and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, financial, legal, or professional advice.
  • Members should consult qualified professionals (e.g., doctors, financial advisors, legal experts) before making decisions based on program insights.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results from participation in any program or service.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Your Forge Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and securing any information you provide to us.
  • Members agree to protect the confidentiality of any information shared within the program by other participants or Find Your Forge.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • A 7-day free trial is available to new members before payment is processed.
  • Payment is automatically processed at the end of the trial unless cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Free Trial Cancellation: Members must request cancellation at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • No Refunds After Payment: Once a membership payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. Members may cancel future renewals at any time. Members must request cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.

Failure to Meet Payment Obligations

  • Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership and access to all program resources.

No Refunds for Completed Programs

  • No refunds will be issued for completed programs, regardless of participation level.

Communications

  • By becoming a member, you consent to receive communications from Find Your Forge, including newsletters, updates, event notices, transactional messages, and other program-related communications.

Program Evolution and Changes

  • Find Your Forge reserves the right to modify or update program features, content, or community guidelines at any time.
  • Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Termination

  • Membership may be terminated without refund for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:
    • Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior.
    • Unauthorized use or distribution of Program Content.
    • Breaches of confidentiality.
  • Find Your Forge Inc. reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of intellectual property theft or other violations.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By participating in any Find Your Forge program or community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
