Our Story

Building a Movement

On the evening of December 26, 2023, a movement was born. This was the night Ivan Fredette and Larry Chartier first met to discuss an idea that would later become the Ironclad Brotherhood.

This date was no coincidence—it held deep significance for Ivan. It marked three years of his sobriety and came just one month after the devastating loss of his sister.

What began as an alternative sobriety program quickly evolved into something greater.

As they refined ICB’s core offerings, it became clear that this program wasn’t just for men escaping addiction—it was for all men striving to become better fathers, husbands, and leaders.

In May 2024, Find Your Forge Inc. was officially incorporated, with Ironclad Brotherhood as its flagship offering. Today, ICB stands as a movement empowering men to unleash the warrior within and forge better futures for themselves and those they lead.
